1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our PDFSaaS interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these provisions, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our web-based tools for personal or commercial purposes, in full compliance with your tier quota limit. You represent and warrant that your document content does not contain malicious code, illegal materials, or trademark infringements.

3. Quota & Limits

Free accounts are limited to 10 processed items per 24 hours. Pro and Enterprise memberships grant extended quotas, as documented on our pricing pages. PDFSaaS reserves the right to restrict access to accounts found to be systematically scraping, spamming, or violating API structures.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our PDF services are provided as is and as available, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our document conversions or OCR text extractions will be 100% accurate or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDFSaaS, its directors, or senior developers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising from the use of our services.
